Dana James at Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting for a Hybrid Controller role.
This position will oversee full-cycle accounting operations while partnering closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The Controller will lead and mentor accounting staff and play a key role in financial reporting, process improvement, and decision support.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle accounting and month-end close
Supervise and develop accounting staff
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensure accuracy of financial statements and internal controls
Partner with leadership to support business objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong supervisory and leadership experience
Full-cycle accounting expertise
Budgeting, forecasting, and analytical experience
Advanced Excel skills
Yardi experience strongly preferred
Property management industry experience a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
