This Position Will Work in a repair-shop environment helping customers fix their devices. Repair iPad, iPhone, and other devices. Repair Mac and PC Computers (hardware and software). Some experience is necessary. Skills Required Strong customer service skills are needed on the phone and in person. Full knowledge and experience to repair iPhones such as broken screens, and changing batteries or cameras. Apple Certifications, Desktop Repair Technician, Portable Repair Technician, Technical Coordinator. Excellent Apple diagnostics repair and troubleshooting skills. Satisfactory verbal and written skills. Experience Experience in diagnostics & repair of Apple computers. Two years of proven experience repairing Apple Computer Systems. Experience in changing glass on iPhone & iPad. One to two years of customer interface experience is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technician.
