Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers in Harrisonville, MO and surrounding areas for a regional position with weekly home time . This is a great opportunity for new CDL graduates and trainees looking to start their career with steady miles, consistent freight, and reliable avg weekly pay.

Pay & Compensation

  • Avg $1,100–$1,200 per week
  • $0.49 – $0.60 CPM (based on experience progression)
  • $25 short haul pay (under 50 miles)
  • $10 for first stop / $15 per stop after
  • Driver performance & safety bonus available
  • Weekly miles: 1,500 – 1,700 miles

Consistent freight = consistent avg weekly income

Training Note

  • Local mentoring is not guaranteed
  • Must be open to going OTR or regional during training if needed

  • Night driving required

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • No experience required (trainees welcome)
