Sterling McCall Honda Automotive Service Technician

Sterling McCall Honda is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and service. We are expanding and looking for Experienced Honda/Import Automotive Service Technicians to work with Our Quality Honda Dealership.

Our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work, and enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about their employees.

Responsibilities

1. Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
2. Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
4. Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
5. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
6. Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
7. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
8. Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Automotive Tech Dealership Experience Required
• ASE Certifications Required
• Manufacture Certifications
• Diagnostic and Mechanical Skills
• Tool Proficiency
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
