Responsibilities: WOW Every customer through all phases of the collision repair process Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle along with the estimator and technician Repair estimates in accordance with insurance partners, vehicle manufactures and company guidelines Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during and after completion of repairs Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance department managers to meet profit levels Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility for the car dealership Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and dealership staff to establish sales processes and recommend daily unit sales Implement growth strategies that align with automotive group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle inventory that meets the needs of the local market Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completion before sharing them with upper dealership management Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle sales, and the automotive industry as a whole Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills One to three years' experience in a similar role Proficiency with CCC ONE, and Mitchell estimating systems Familiarity with various insurance direct repair guidelines I – car or ASE certifications are a bonus Benefits: Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary Dental insurance Employee discounts Free uniforms Health insurance Life insurance Opportunity for advancement Training & development Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
