York Family Dentistry is a well-established general dentistry practice located in York, PA, just over an hour north of Baltimore, 1.5 hours north of Washington D.C., and two hours west of Philadelphia. Our team is made up of experienced, long-standing staff—many with over a decade at the practice—creating a stable, supportive, and highly collaborative work environment.

Associate General Dentist
Job Description You will provide a full scope of general dentistry services including:
Fillings
Crowns and bridges
Implant restorations
Extractions
Root canals
Dedicated assistants for each dentist
full-time $200,000 - $400,000 per year
$750/day minimum guarantee
Sign on bonus
35% of collections
Annual earning potential of $200,000–$400,000 (based on production)
Paid malpractice insurance
CE reimbursement up to $2,000+ (with approval)
Health insurance included
401(k) with 3% match
Paid vacation
Sponsorship available for TN and H-1B visas
4-5 Days per week
No evenings or weekends
Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm; Friday, 8am–1pm
