About the Role:
Join our passionate team at Hounds Town Atlanta - Smyrna as an Assistant Manager in our vibrant dog daycare! This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team while ensuring a safe and fun environment for our furry friends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in daily operations and staff management.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care.
• Oversee playgroups and monitor dog behavior for optimal interactions.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to pet parents.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Help implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and record keeping.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pet care or animal handling preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for dogs and commitment to their well-being.
• Basic knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
