Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure precise patient identification and specimen labeling.
2. Follow all regulatory and quality assurance guidelines.
3. Manage workload efficiently and address outstanding specimen reports.
4. Assist with problem resolution and maintain productivity.
5. Perform additional laboratory duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Completion of a phlebotomy training program or relevant post-medical training.
3. Preferred: At least one year of phlebotomy experience.

This position offers a first shift schedule with approximately 37.5 hours per week. The role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment.
