Join Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency, where we prioritize creating a safe and respectful environment for families and caregivers. We're hiring after-school caregivers who are passionate about nurturing young minds and providing exceptional childcare.

With us, you'll have access to our supportive network, including a portal with job openings, active owner support, and backup services. If you have three or more years of childcare experience, reliable transportation, and flexible availability from 1 pm to 8 pm on weekdays, we want to hear from you.

You'll start your day with school pickups, followed by homework help, activity transportation, and evening routines. Enjoy the flexibility of 10-24-hour work weeks, real-time support, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with families.

Most positions available look like Monday-Friday, 2-6 pm or 4-8 pm (20hrs/week)

Pay & Perks

• $20-25+/hr based on experience
• Actively Hiring in multiple zip codes within Broward County, Florida
• 8-20+ Hours a week positions available
• Weekly direct deposit + mileage reimbursement when driving children
• Real-time support from the agency (you’ll never feel on your own)
• Ongoing opportunities with the same families or to pick up extra shifts
• No apps or confusing systems, just human support and clear communication

$20 - $25 hourly

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children during after-school hours
• Pick up children from school and safely transport them to their homes or activities
• Assist with homework, providing guidance and encouragement to foster learning
• Organize and engage children in creative and educational activities
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and daily activities
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for children to thrive
• Prepare and serve nutritious snacks and meals as needed during care hours

You’re a Great Fit If You...

• Have childcare experience and love what you do (3 years minimum)
• Are dependable, communicative, and nurturing
• Value flexibility, but still show up like clockwork
• Have  your own reliable vehicle  that remains with you during your shift
• Are  CPR certified (or open to becoming certified)
• Pass a criminal, civil & driving background check
• Can provide 2-3 valid references (Non-Relatives)
• 18 years or older
• Flexible availability from 1 pm to 8 pm, Monday-Friday
