Revolution Events designs and creates a wide range of engaging displays, and experiences for corporate, social, national nonprofits, and other organizations in the DMV and throughout the nation.
Revolution Events is looking for a well-rounded designer with both 3D and 2D design experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have a warm and outgoing personality, enjoy learning and excited to add value to our design team. This position reports to the Fabrication Director.

Major Responsibilities

• Create event renderings which illustrate the entire event. Illustrations will likely include the architecture of the venue, décor, furniture, set designs and lighting.
• Work with our event producers to develop design concepts and layouts.
• Develop event graphics and create print-ready files for printers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal team and vendor partners
• Ability to develop design ideas in a fast paced environment with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives
• Task oriented focused on deadlines

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of event/set design or graphics design experience
• Advanced skills using 3D modeling programs with specific attention to lighting and textures
• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
